Refund policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.  All in-stock items are typically shipped the next business day, however many times the orders will even go out on the SAME DAY!  We know these moments are very important and we try our hardest to make sure you receive your order quickly!

 

Tracking numbers are generated and emailed as soon as your order ships, so please make sure you provide an updated email address as checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Rest assured, if your international package gets lost, we'll handle it. Our dedicated team ensures you are covered, no matter the destination. 

 

USA ORDERS:

Double The Sprinkles is not liable for untraceable, lost or returned USA shipments.  If an order is lost, we recommend contacting your local USPS Post Office and inquiring on status or submitting a claim.  When sending items back, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect any items you are returning.  Domestic orders are sent via USPS first class and can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

All our orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking.  If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing tracking or have moved, please feel free to contact USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777 or online at USPS.  You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped.

Double The Sprinkles is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE(S)

 

If we receive an order back to our warehouse that was undeliverable, we will issue you a refund for the item minus an $8 shipping charge. Please be sure to enter your full and correct address at checkout including unit number, etc. 

 

 

ITEM RECEIVED WAS FAULTY

 

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us immediately at hello@doublethesprinkles.com within three (3) days of the delivery date. No exceptions.  Always inspect your received garments for any defects or wrong product delivery.

CAN AN ORDER BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED AFTER ORDER?

Due to the volume of orders we receive as well as our extremely fast processing and shipping times, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it’s been placed.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

If you would like to exchange an item for another size please process your exchange through our return center.  Once we receive the returned item we will issue a store credit gift card.  HERE

 

DISCOUNT & COUPON CODES

All discount codes must be redeemed/entered at the time of purchase as we do not refund the difference after the order was placed. Please make sure to enter the code at checkout.  Only one coupon code will be allowed per transaction at checkout.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

DOUBLE THE SPRINKLES accepts returns of product(s) purchased from our website.  

  • To qualify for a return, all items must be unworn / unwashed and returned to our office within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached
  • Gift Card / Store credit is given on all returns / refunds


HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?


All of our returns get processed through re: do (our returns and exchange platform) HERE Simply follow the instructions by logging in with the email provided at the original checkout time or your order number.

All returns are processed with an in-store credit / gift card.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR MY REFUND?


Yes. We do not pay for any returns of your choice coming back to us.  All returns get processed through HERE

If you purchased the $1.98 free & easy returns protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to process the label through re: do directly.

If you did not purchase the $1.98 returns + exchange protection at the original time of check out, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

 

 
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your order confirmation email securely in a bag. You can use the bag items arrived in or another bag if you prefer. Please go to your local return office to ship the items.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?


Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email if any further information is needed. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request immediately through re:do.

 

If approved, the store credit request will be processed immediately after garment/garments are received.  You will receive an email with your gift card when the process is finalized.
